COMPREHENSIVE INCLUSIONARY COVERAGE

Our Inclusionary Coverage Plan is designed to provide broad protection for your truck by covering virtually all major mechanical and electrical components. Unlike traditional component-based coverage, this plan covers failed components unless they are specifically listed as excluded in the contract. This means broad protection for your investment and fewer questions about whether a repair may qualify for coverage. This broad coverage approach gives owners confidence knowing that most major truck repairs are protected while routine maintenance, wear items, and cosmetic components remain excluded.

IF IT’S NOT EXCLUDED, IT’S COVERED

Coverage includes protection for major powertrain, driveline, aftertreatment, fuel, cooling, steering, suspension, electrical, and other essential vehicle systems, helping reduce unexpected repair costs and keep your truck on the road.

EXCLUDED COMPONENTS:

While this plan provides broad inclusionary coverage for failed mechanical and electrical components, the following components are specifically excluded from coverage:

• Brake system components, including brake shoes, drums, rotors, pads, adjusters, and related hardware.
• Wheels, tires, and fifth-wheel greasing, as well as components requiring routine lubrication, greasing, or maintenance.
• Cab interior and exterior components, including body panels, doors, fenders, hoods, mirrors, lighting, glass, trim, seats, upholstery, air bags, paint, batteries, and other cosmetic or appearance-related items.
• Manual and automated clutch wear components, including clutch discs, pressure plates, pilot bearings, throw-out bearings, and related parts.
• Pneumatic system components, including valves, hoses, switches, lines, and fittings.
• Belts, hoses, freeze plugs, safety and visibility equipment, CB radios, and other communication devices.
• Gaskets, seals, O-rings, bolts, fasteners, retainers, and filters, unless replacement is required in conjunction with a covered mechanical breakdown.

Coverage does not apply to failures or costs resulting from, including but not limited to:

• Abuse, misuse, operator error, over-speeding, spin off, shock load, overloading, racing, competitive driving, towing beyond OEM specifications, lack of maintenance, wear out, collision, fire, lightning riot, war, hail, wind, water, salt, theft, vandalism, negligence, environmental damage, Acts of God, wear out, physical damage and  bodily injury.
• Consequential expenses such as towing, travel, downtime, rental equipment, driver expenses, loss of revenue, loss of profits, loss of cargo, storage fees, lodging, meals, communication charges, legal fees and other indirect costs unless specifically stated otherwise.
• Damage caused by improper fluids, contaminated fluids, insufficient fluid levels, corrosion, rust, dirt, dust, water intrusion, or continued operation after a failure has occurred.
• Preventative maintenance services, including oil changes, fluid services, DPF cleanings, alignments, cleaning or reinstalling of other covered components and routine maintenance procedures.
• OEM upgrades, recalls, design changes, Technical Service Bulletins, or repairs covered by another warranty or service contract.
• Shop supplies, hazardous waste disposal fees, freight charges, and governmental environmental fees.
• Repairs or replacement components installed without prior authorization from the Administrator.
• Claims containing inaccurate, unverifiable, or misleading information.
• Repairs performed without prior authorization.
• Failures occurring outside the continental United States or Canada.
