ELIGIBILITY

VEHICLES/ENGINES

• Trucks Model Year 2018-2024 International(r), LT(r), RH(tm), HV(tm), HX(r), LoneStar(r), ProStar(r), WorkStar(r), MV(tm), CV(tm), DuraStar(r) and models with applicable engines.

• Eligible engines within these models include Navistar(r) N13 engines, International(r) A26, N9, and N10 engines, Cummins(r) ISX, Cummins(r) X15, and Cummins(r) ISB / B6.7 and ISL / L9 engines and International(r) 6.6L.

MINIMUM REGISTRATION REQUIREMENTS

• Health Report – A clean Health Report with no critical or active fault codes is required and must be visible in International’s Service Portal or Bluelink (other forms of scans not accepted) and must be dated within thirty (30) days of registration date.

• B-Level Service – Must provide repair order invoice/documentation of B-Level Service being completed within ninety (90) days of registration date and include itemization of parts & labor billed out. PM checklist or A-Service do not satisfy this requirement. OnCommand “B” Service 114-point checklist form must be included.

• Inspection Report – Repair order dated beyond ninety (90) days from registration date: proof of a 43-point Quick Lube inspection must be completed (less oil & oil filter) in addition to proof of original B-Level Service. Repair order dated outside of 12 months from registration date will not be accepted; NEW B-Level Service must be completed.

STARTING MILEAGE/HOURS AND LIMITS

• Heavy Duty vehicles with 600,000 starting miles or more are NOT eligible.

• Medium Duty vehicles with 350,000 starting miles or more are NOT eligible..

• All policies expire at month’s end per term purchased or overall mileage limits set forth below:

○ Heavy Duty policies expire at 750,000 miles.

○ Medium Duty policies expire at 450,000 miles.

TRANSMISSION & REAR AXLE (Add-On)

○ Heavy Duty vehicles MUST be equipped with an A26 engine to qualify.

○ Medium Duty vehicles do not have engine restrictions.

○ Vehicle model years eligible for Transmission & Rear Axle add-on coverage are 2018-2021. Vehicle model years newer than 2021 are not eligible – Please reference manufacturer standard warranty.

○ ONLY available at the time of purchasing a Worry-Free coverage policy.

○ Both Worry-Free policy and Transmission & Rear Axle add-on policy must be purchased together. Policy terms must match, 12-month or 24-month.

○ Cannot be added to an already existing purchased policy.

PREVENTIVE MAINTENANCE

• With every Preventive Maintenance Service, you will receive an oil and filter change, fuel filter change, fuel water separator filter change and a 43-point inspection.
