EXCLUSIONS
Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) service items, adjustments, seals, O-rings (except for A/C system), gaskets, mounted parts such as transmission pump, oil cooler, PTO pump, suspension mounting brackets, hubs, wheel bearings and brake ends, failures due to abuse or lack of scheduled maintenance as outlined in the applicable Maintenance Manual or OEM manual, worn components or failures due to wear out are not covered. Progressive damage from non-warrantable failures, tightening of the fastners, fittings, belts, hoses, hose clamps, electrical connectors, tires and brake linings which are considered to be normal maintenance are not covered. Premium charges and work not directly related to the repair or replacement of a warrantable part will not be covered. Travel expenses, road service/calls, towing, loss of revenue, customer and overtime labor, downtime, driver expenses, cost of rental equipment (except with Diamond Renewed units), loss of perishable cargo, communication charges, repair or replacement of optional items are not covered. Failed items cause by physical damage is also not covered
SIXTY (60) DAY TRUCK PROTECTION PROMISE GUIDELINES – RETAIL
The cost of parts and labor are covered one hundred percent (100%) by Navistar™, Inc. (“Navistar”) on repairs for thirty (30) days after the date of the sales invoice for the HVAC, Drivetrain, Engine, Aftertreatment system and other items set forth on Exhibit A below. Navistar will split the cost of parts and labor fifty percent – (50%/50%) with customer on repairs from the thirty first through sixtieth (31-60) days after the date of the sales invoice for the HVAC,
Drivetrain, Engine, Aftertreatment system and other items set forth on Exhibit A. No rentals; no towing coverage is included.
The 1st coverage on any applicable repairs is under any active Extended Service Contract or applicable third-party warranty coverage, thereafter the coverage under these guidelines will apply.
All repairs must be made by an International® dealer with pre-approval from your International Used Truck Center. To gain pre-approval, contact the General Manager or Sales Rep from the original selling Used Truck Center. If the International® Dealer Network is unable to complete repairs; repairs outside of network may be considered with preapproval.
