Navistar Rebrand
International Model Features
Navistar announced it was officially rebranding as International Motors LLC effective Oct. 1, 2024. The move comes after a broader transformation that began in 2021 with the merger with Traton Group, culminating in the Navistar rebranding three years later. The new company has a refreshed logo and distinctive visual identity, which includes a black-and-white visual representation of a winding road that typifies the routes truckers take in their International vehicles in and elsewhere. What Does the Navistar Name Change Mean?
It means the company is returning to its roots as International, and it will focus more on engineering while producing trucks and buses. Part of this engineering push culminated in the creation of the game-changing International® S13® Integrated powertrain that makes operating diesel trucks easier when it comes to emissions and adding torque to heavy loads. You’ll find the integrated powertrain on the HV Series redesign, slated to start production in mid-2025.
What Other Changes Will I See With the Navistar Rebranding?
You will see a full solutions portfolio for your transportation company under the Navistar name change, including parts, maintenance, connectivity, and more. Tools like the OnCommand® Connection and International® 360 will become a new digital customer interface known as My International. The all-in-one platform will have service contracts, financing, and fleet management platforms in a singular software package.
What Accomplishments Did Navistar Have?
The move to International continues the goal of the Navistar rebranding by positioning it as a top commercial vehicle manufacturer and innovator for decades to come. It will improve its ownership solutions for electric vehicles and strengthen International Financial products to help move your business forward with loans for your new or used trucks.
